Once you call us to schedule your free on-site consultation we will come out to meet you and assess your space. We will bring a variety of deck samples and spend time with you going over your vision for your deck project.
If we are a good fit, an estimate will be emailed to you. If you choose Aurora Custom Decks as your deck contractor (and we hope you do!) we will then finalize the details, and send an agreement for your review.
Once your project starts if you have any questions at any time regarding your deck build, Lindsay at the office is always available to chat! And you'll have peace of mind knowing that all of our decks come with a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.

Do we install pressure treated decks?
The short answer is no. But to better explain, the cost of wood is rising, and composite and PVC decking is becoming more affordable. We simply feel like wood decks no longer offer the best choice in terms of value. Although composite and PVC decks initially have a higher cost, they'll save you money in the long run by being low-maintenance and lasting years and years longer than wood decks.
Composite decking is made up of a mixture of organic and plastic products and is capped with plastic. PVC decking is 100% plastic from the core to the cap.

What's the difference between composite
and PVC decking?
Do you offer repairs? How much do PVC and composite decks cost to build?
We typically build larger scale start to finish projects. Meaning we do not offer repairs to existing decks that we did not build, and we do not offer stand alone services like stairs or privacy walls without the purchase of a deck. The majority of our clients invest 20k and up.
